Water Damage Almost Always Starts At The Roof

A cracked seam or worn seal on an RV roof can let water in long before you ever see a stain on the ceiling. By the time damage is visible, it has often been building for a while underneath the surface.

Our technicians inspect roof seams, vents, and seals, repair what is compromised, and address any water damage already found inside, so the fix holds up through the next storm season.

How It Works

From Inspection To Repair

1

Roof Inspection

Every seam, vent, and penetration point is checked for cracking, separation, or wear.

2

Leak Source Testing

Suspected entry points are tested to confirm exactly where water is getting in.

3

Seal & Repair

Compromised seals and roofing material are repaired or replaced to close the leak for good.

4

Interior Damage Check

Ceiling, wall, and floor areas near the leak are checked for soft spots or water damage that need restoration.

Roof & Leak Repair FAQ

Most manufacturers recommend a roof inspection at least once or twice a year, and after any hail or severe weather, since sealant and roofing material break down over time and with sun exposure.

The roof is the most common source, but water can also travel from a window seal or side seam before showing up on the ceiling. Our leak testing process helps confirm the actual source.

We address both. Once the leak is sealed, we assess any interior wall, ceiling, or floor damage and take care of the restoration work needed.
